Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Techcore Holding B.V., registered in Curaçao and operating the Fair Spin online gambling services made available to Canadian users (excluding Ontario) via the website fairspin-play.ca, including any localized projects such as Fair Spin on fairspin-play.ca (collectively, the "Website"). These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and apply to all access to and use of the Website and associated services.

  • KYC (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification procedures applied by the Operator, including verification of identity, age, address, source of funds, and other information required for regulatory, anti-money laundering, and risk management purposes.

Account Registration

  • KYC and identity verification: At any time (including upon registration, before a withdrawal, or during risk assessments), the Operator may require you to submit KYC documents, which may include:

    • Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., card statement, crypto wallet evidence);

    Failure to provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation may result in Account suspension, restrictions, or closure, and may delay or prevent withdrawals.
  • Single account policy: Each Player may only create and maintain one Account on the Website. Creating multiple accounts, including accounts under different names, email addresses, or devices, is prohibited and may lead to closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of bonuses and/or winnings obtained through such violations.

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide to the Operator is truthful, complete, and kept up to date. You must promptly inform the Operator of any changes to your details (e.g., address, email, province of residence).
  • Password and access security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must:

    • Not permit any other person to use your Account.
    If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and notify the Operator via the Website's support channels.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Minimum/Maximum Stakes

  • Game rules: Each game or product on the Website is governed by its own specific rules, paytables, and mechanics as displayed within the game interface and/or on the Website. By placing a Bet, you accept the rules and outcomes generated by the relevant game or system.
  • Stake limits: Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and table and are displayed within the relevant game interface. You are responsible for checking the applicable stakes before placing a Bet.
  • Balance sufficiency: Bets can only be placed if your Account has sufficient Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds to cover the full stake. If your balance is insufficient, the Bet will not be accepted.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted once it has been processed and recorded by the Operator's systems. The transaction history in your Account and/or blockchain records (where applicable, e.g., for TFS Token-related activity) shall constitute conclusive evidence of accepted bets and outcomes, subject to any manifest error.

Bet Cancellation, Errors, and Modifications

  • No unilateral cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted by the Operator's systems, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. You must carefully review your Bet before confirming it.
  • Obvious errors and malfunctions: If a Bet is accepted due to an obvious error (including but not limited to erroneous odds, incorrect game configuration, or software malfunction), the Operator may:
    • Void the affected Bet and return the stake; or
    • Correct the Bet to reflect the proper terms that should have applied at the time.
    In the case of game malfunction, all bets and payouts are typically void, and any amounts erroneously credited may be reversed.
  • Technical interruptions: If your connection is lost during gameplay, the outcome may still be determined by the Operator's systems. In most cases:
    • Completed games will stand as recorded on the server; and
    • Unfinished games will either be resumed upon reconnection or voided in accordance with the particular game's rules.
    The Operator's logs and, where relevant, game provider systems will be decisive in determining the outcome.

Live Casino, Chats, and Player Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour: When participating in live casino games, chats, or any interactive features, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff, and other players. You must not engage in:
    • Insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks;
    • Spamming, advertising, or promotion of other services;
    • Any obscene, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: Any attempt to cheat the Website or other players, including collusion, use of bots or automated tools, exploitation of software bugs, or abuse of bonuses, is strictly prohibited. The Operator may:

Bonus Terms

Activation and Eligibility

Combining Promotions

  • Priority of funds: The order in which Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance are used for wagering will be defined in the promotional or general bonus rules. Typically, Real Money may be used first, followed by Bonus Funds.
  • Changes and discontinuation: The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer or promotion at its discretion, provided that:

Payments & Withdrawals

    • There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct;

Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals

  • Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for wagering. In limited circumstances and at the Operator's sole discretion, a refund may be considered for unused deposited funds, subject to KYC checks and anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or similar reversal of a deposit without valid legal basis constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Operator may:

Intellectual Property Rights

Consequences of Termination
